Our Policies

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Clients are seen on an appointment basis only. Appointments should be reserved as far in advance as possible. To reserve your Consultation Visit, a credit card is required to hold your appointment.

We request the courtesy of 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment. If you miss an appointment or fail to cancel within 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of $50.00.


Payment is due in full at the time of the visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also honor personal checks provided with a full name, address, phone number and photo identification. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.


We do not accept health insurance.

Telephone Consultations and Email

A telephone call or E-mail does not replace a visit and any call or correspondence that requires over 10 minutes of new instruction, case analysis or consultation will be subject to a consultation charge. The fee is prorated according to the consultation time.
