Follow this simple regimen to start feeling better

When someone is feeling “under the weather” it generally means that they don’t feel as if they’re in optimum health. The five most common reasons are:

Constipation

Problems with digestion

Anxiety

Fatigue

Depression

SIMPLE SOLUTIONS

These simple solutions can help to support the body so that you can start to feel better:

Avoid all dairy products- milk, cheese, yogurt, and foods that contain dairy components

Stay away from all grains, especially wheat

Minimize breads, potatoes, rice, and noodles

Stop eating any added sugar

Eat plenty of lean meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits

Drink plenty of water and avoid beverages that can dehydrate such as coffee, soda, and alcohol

Follow this regimen for at least four weeks. At first, you might experience withdrawal, have cravings, and feel down or sick; however, many begin feeling better immediately. You will reap the benefits if you stick to it. After a minimum of four weeks, if you wish, start adding your favorite foods back into your diet. Wait 4-5 days and look for any symptoms or discomfort. Add back the foods you love one by one in this manner.

Additional ways to support the body include taking Advanced Probiotics and Advanced Immune and Recovery Support.

If you’re still feeling “under the weather,” consult with your healthcare professional and ask to have an IgG food sensitivity/intolerance test to help to discover which foods may be contributing to your symptoms or poor health.
