I was rescued in Africa!

I gotta confess. Just like everyone else, sometimes I get lost – or disconnected – from my real self. When that happens, the mind, body, and spirit suffers. I know because that’s what was happening to me.

Several months ago I realized something was very wrong. Every day I was finding myself feeling low energy, less satisfied around home and in the office, and generally not as excited about the things I love.

The Time4Health Immune Support Formulas helped a ton but I just knew there was more I could be doing.

That’s when I decided I needed rescue, and that for me meant a trip back to my roots in Africa…

It wasn’t just soaking up the pure Vitamin D of the African sun, the cultural foods, rich in complete nutrients, or just reconnecting to nature that lifted me out of my fog (not alone anyway). It was a potent dose of all three and a little more.

When we push ourselves too much and become consumed by our fast paced American lifestyle, we often lose the important balance of the body, mind, and spirit – and thats when you become disconnected from yourself, giving you the sensation of being lost.

That chronic feeling of being drained, depressed, and fatigued. For some, it can feel like your constantly overwhelmed or out of control. The general lack of motivation that can affect your work productivity, relationships, and overall quality of life. Worst of all, when unaddressed it can go on for years – leaving you vulnerable to unnecessary pharmaceuticals down the road.

Here are my 3 favorite tips for “Breaking Free From the Lost Fog:”

1. Change Your Surroundings:

Preferably somewhere with a lot of sun and an enjoyable reason to be out in it. Ground yourself by getting your toes in the grass, water, or sand. Hug a tree. And if that’s not possible, you can reinforce your immune system with a (pure clinical grade) Vitamin-D3 Advanced supplement.

2. Make a New Connection:

A new friend, partner in crime, or confidant can stimulate dormant parts of the brain and get you excited about shared activities.

3. Refuel Your Body:

What goes into your body dictates what you get out, and many of negative symptoms can manifest themselves throughout the body, spirit, or the mind when you’re not giving the body what it needs.

We are so blessed with the bounties of this Earth, but they can be hard to enjoy when you aren’t comfortable in your own body or mind.

You don’t need a trip to Africa to rescue yourself from the grips of these feelings, just try these tips. And if you want to connect to someone you can trust about these or other symptoms, I’m just a click away. Let’s talk.

Looking out for you, be well my friend.
